ENESCO INDUSTRIAL was founded in 2014 out of passin for industrial energy efficiency.
We started with the production of an innovative model of flue gas heat recovery, simple, safe and efficient for all types of fuels.
In the heat recovery units we produce, the heat transfer from flue gases to water (diathermic oil) is done, innovatively, by means of recovery plates. The devices can be designed and manufactured adapted to local conditions, do not significantly influence the draft, are very efficient and safe in operation.
The first attempts and tests to create a flue gas heat recovery unit for domestic applications were made in 2005, by the company OPTINERG SRL, and the first commercialized devices were sold in 2007 through DEDEMAN stores in Iași, Suceava and Bacău. They contained a single recovery plate placed longitudinally and diametrically inside a section of stainless steel tubing with a diameter of 200 mm and a length of 1000 mm. They could be used to recover heat from small boilers or fireplaces operating with wood, and provided a recovered power of approx. 3 Kw.
In 2007 we produced an improved version, for boilers and thermal power plants of higher power and for several types of fuels. With this version we started industrial applications.
Today we have come to produce a particularly efficient and safe flue gas heat recovery unit, covering a very diverse range of applications.
A confirmation of these statements is the qualification of the TERMOREK flue gas heat recovery unit in the first three places at the E.ON Energy Globe Award Romania 2017 competition, in the Companies category.
The E.ON Energy Globe Award Romania jury nominated 15 projects and initiatives that entered the final of the 2017 competition. They were selected from a total of over 160 projects in the field of energy efficiency and environmental protection, registered on the www.energyglobe.ro platform.
Over time, because energy efficiency in industry is achieved mainly by changing the way energy is managed, rather than by installing new technologies, we have been looking for solutions and certifications through which we can continuously improve energy efficiency for our clients:
- We are certified as an Energy Service Provider (SPSE) - we conclude Energy Management Contracts for Industry, Transport and Services.
- We are registered in the National Database of ESCO Companies - we conclude Energy Performance Contracts (CPEn) for industry activity.
🎯 What sets us apart?
Our experience is not limited to the local market. At international energy efficiency symposia we have presented "New Method to Assess the Energy Efficiency and Energy Effectiveness to the Industrial End-Users" and "Energy Effectiveness – New Energy Performance Indicator to Optimize the Industrial Energy Consumptions" – innovative industrial energy analysis methods, which we apply and continuously develop for our clients.
Together with the Energy Audit, the new method of analyzing energy efficiency and effectiveness represents the most important tools at the Energy Manager's disposal for monitoring, analyzing and optimizing energy consumption.
